RizzAgent AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: Email address, display name, and password when you create an account
- Profile Information: Your preferences, conversation style settings, and app customizations
- Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or communications you send to us
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Usage Data: Features used, session duration, and interaction patterns (anonymized)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- Performance Data: Crash reports and error logs to improve app stability
1.3 Information We Do NOT Permanently Store
We want to be clear about data we process but do not permanently retain:
- Conversation Recordings: Audio may be streamed to third-party services for real-time processing (see Section 4) but is not permanently stored by us
- Transcript Data: Voice-to-text transcriptions are generated by third-party services in real-time and not retained after your session ends
- Video Data: Video may be streamed to third-party services for avatar-based practice features but is not permanently stored by us
- Location History: We do not track or store your location history
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Process your account registration and manage your account
- Generate AI-powered conversation suggestions based on context
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features (using anonymized, aggregated data)
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
3. Real-Time Processing & Third-Party AI Services
Our App uses third-party AI services to provide its core functionality. When you use these features, certain data is transmitted to and processed by these services in real time:
- Speech Recognition (Deepgram): Voice audio from your device's microphone is streamed to Deepgram for real-time speech-to-text transcription. Audio is processed in real time and is not permanently retained by us.
- AI Coaching (Anthropic / Claude): Conversation text and context are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate coaching suggestions. This data is processed according to Anthropic's data handling policies.
- Voice Synthesis (Cartesia): Text is sent to Cartesia to generate spoken voice coaching responses. No user audio is sent to Cartesia.
- Avatar Practice (Tavus & Daily.co): Video and audio from your device's camera and microphone are streamed to Tavus and Daily.co to power interactive avatar-based practice sessions.
- Real-Time Audio Streaming (LiveKit): Audio is streamed through LiveKit's infrastructure to enable real-time earbud coaching during live conversations.
- Context Analysis: Location data, when permitted, is processed locally on your device to generate context-aware suggestions. Location data is not transmitted to third parties.
Each third-party service processes your data according to its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- AI and Processing Providers: To power the App's features, we share data with the following third-party services:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — receives conversation text to generate coaching suggestions
- Deepgram — receives voice audio for speech-to-text transcription
- Cartesia — receives text to generate spoken voice responses
- Tavus & Daily.co — receive video and audio for avatar practice sessions
- LiveKit — receives audio streams for real-time earbud coaching
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics)
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Access controls and authentication measures
- Secure data centers with physical security measures
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized data retained for up to 24 months
- Real-Time Data: Processed immediately and not retained

8. Device Permissions
Our App may request access to certain features on your device:
- Microphone: Required for voice coaching features. Audio may be streamed to Deepgram (speech recognition), LiveKit (real-time coaching), and Tavus/Daily.co (avatar practice) as described in Section 3. Audio is not permanently stored by us.
- Camera: Used for avatar practice sessions (Tavus/Daily.co) and for the Situational Opener feature. Video may be streamed to third-party services as described in Section 3. Video is not permanently stored by us.
- Location: Optional, used to provide location-relevant conversation suggestions. Location is processed locally and not transmitted to third parties.
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings. The App will function with limited features if permissions are denied.
9. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
